Anniversary, TUDARI FOOD PORN! + Outift

Food porn & Picture spams alert! ~~~ 4 year anniversary with my boyfried, So one week ago we celebrated our anniversary. And for us (read: me) anniversary is a perfect time to quench my GLUTONOUS desire. I've been craving meat, okay... pork! so we decided to try Tudari's famous sam gyeop sal and galbi! Mwahaha...Oh ya, wait, before that I want to show you the cute/stupid animated gif I made, lolz.

Over exposured pictures, feel too lazy to edit it =p Okay! enough for that... Now time for the food porn~ hurrah~ so this is Tudari, one of my favorite Korean restaurant in pasteur, bandung. The manager is a pretty girl named Kim Kyung Sook :3

This is the interior, the wallpaper is printed with traditional Korean paintings. I love the ambience! It was pretty hot inside that day, I can't stop sweating, uh oh ... blame the grill >ㅁ< There's a large air conditioner (not the fan) on the corner though.

Naww... food is ready, a lot of banchan. this is round 1, we (read: I) ordered 삼겹살, sam gyeop sal, sam gyup sal, or whatever the revised romanization is. I've been craving this like forever OMG...

This is the raw belly pork meat, a 'bacon to be' meat. It's a thick, fatty slices of pork meat. I'm sorry PIG... but you are super delicious! I'd kill for this. Mwahaha~

The waitress help us grilled the meat. Hmmm... I can't stop drooling! Juicy Juicy Pork belly meat is being grilled along with onions and garlic. Super HOT!

The meat turns brown, by this time the meat is ready to eat. So the waitress starts to cut them off with a big scissor. I'm drooling while writing this, believe me. lolz... I'm SUPER hungry!

Second favorite banchan, Kimchi!

My super super SUPER favorite banchan ever, this is PA MUCHIM! Scallions and letuce salad seasoned with gochugaru, salt, sesame oil. I recently tried to make this side dish, will share the recipe later ♥

쌈장, 기름장

And yaaay, ready to eat! the meat of the sam gyeop sal is not seasoned nor marinated, but the dipping sauce (ssamjang and gireumjang) add a 'Super Ultra Great Delicious Wonderful' delightful taste to the dish. No exaggeration here!

Ungrilled Galbi

The GALBI is being grilled. Hmmm~ it has a sweet flavour. I reckon the sweetness is delivered from the soy sauce.

This is also a banchan, well... I was like (＊☉౪ ⊙｡) when I saw this. Issit edible? lolz... But I have to say I LOVE this side dish! it has a FRESH flavor. I don't know the name of this banchan tho, anyone know?

 Syuuuper fresh korean version of Lemon ORANGE SQUASH! I love this drink, so refreshing!

The day after, I bought a lot of pork belly meat and kap sim, attempted to learn making homemade sam gyeop sal. Hohoho... I love cooking but I'm not really good at it >㉨< After that we headed over to a mall, bcuz I wasn't completely full, I decided to have another 'snack'.

As you might already know, I currently settled in Bandung, and this is one of my favorite traditional food. "Tahu bletok" that's the name of the dish. Sounds weird, lolz. It's supposed to be cheap though. like $5 per serving. 

Daiso polkadot scarf (Cool & Eco cooling bandana)

Here's my outfit that day, I wore lace t-shirt from my favorite brand YIDN. One of my favorite long sleeved T-shirt ♥ Wore it together with floral printed skirt that I bought recently + a short legging. The polkadot scarfcan also be used as a bandana, bougt it from Daiso.
