And now, I'll reviewing Aloe Sun BB cream again. Again? yep! because I just bought a F-A-K-E one of this BB cream *sob. This fake one is my second aloe bb cream that I bought from my forum pals, she sold it to me because she already clinged with other bb cream that suits her better. So when I knew the price is much cheaper, I decided to buy it.

When it came, I was having a suspicious feeling in mind because the packaging is a little bit puffed-up and bloated. I wouldn't surprised if this one is a fake because there are a lot of fake BB cream out there like skin79, Etude BB, Skin Love, BRTC...but, oh gosh...when I opened up the tube I was really sure that it is a fake. The concistency of the cream and the fragrance! it's all different! I smelled it again and again, compared to my original Aloe bb cream. It's totally different.
So let's just see the packaging:
I was too curious and did some oil-test on a oil blotter film. And the result surprised me out! It's so SCARY.
The gingko is original, it was just for oil comparison to original Aloe bb cream.
Well, just see it yourself:

This oil-test really assured me that what I bought is a fake one ・°・(*ノД`*)・°・ . It's okay then... It wasn't my friend fault too. She said she bought it from EBay and when it came to my post it was still sealed.
The best way to find out whether is a fake is to do some oil-test. So make sure that all cosmetics products you bought is original (*°∀°)=3

interesting post.thanks for sharing.it's really hard to know whether the product is authentic unless you bought the authentic one from its store or a reliable seller.i've watched a youtuber's vid warning about buying bb creams coz there are a lot of fakes out there.they're not only making fake bb creams.they're making tons of fake cosmetics too i.e skincare etc, everything! so yeah, be careful everyone.and stay safe :) xoxo

uwaa fake bbs are the worst! its scary :I I don't knowwhat I'll do if I fall victim to it since I'm on student budget >.< but the original sf products really works for me, I use peach sake bb cream <3

omg, I didn't even know fake skinfood even existed. I'm kinda off the skinfood brand sadly, after being insulted in store (in HK-and the prices were double that of Korea) and the cancer scare. =/
but i did try both the gingko and the mushroom one. I LOVED the mushroom BB.

Yes, and not only skin food... Skin79, Etude, and non-korean brand like Mac, revlon, maybelline, etc got a fake.
I won't buy any cosme products from Ebay anymore as it being unreliable. (my fren bought it from Ebay-and I bought it from her, how ironic)
I haven't tried any BB Cream yet...I want to try one, a lot of people talk great about them (^_^)

o my GOD... I got some fake products too. It was palgantong theatrical powder which was so 'standard' compared to one I bought 6 months ago. I was also curious about feverlet HD sachet I buy recently. The shade, finishing, and the oil control is totally different with one I bought approximately 1 year ago. Where did you get the fake aloe BB cream?

I don't know if there're fake products,esp.for bb creams.I've ever read somewhere on beauty forum that there's someone who bought skin food bb cream from the counter,and the color of the new bb cream product was different from previous product she bought from the same counter.She went back to the counter and the SA said that the color of BB cream could be different because skin food used natural ingredients,so the color could be different.That's what I read. Anyway,in case you got the non-fake product,I think maybe skin food now has"lowering"their quality control(from your experience and that women on forum experience)..
My fave korean brand now is Innisfree.They have good website which describe the ingredients they use that skin food don't.Some of innisfree products are parabens free,and organic:)..Lovely packaging too..

i've read a lot of articles lately that fake korean cosmetics have been swarming around a lot. and most of them look super identical that you can't even tell them apart! this is way too scary :S i guess from now on, i will have to be more careful with my purchases! thank you for this post! super informative!

I just randomly found this blog, as I am very new to the blog world. I have been looking into BB creams a lot lately and yes, there is definitely a LOT of fakes going around. Even from ebay sellers that are considered reliable! Just bought an Etude House BB Magic Cream and when I got it, the tube doesn't even have the circle with "goodbye trouble" on it the way the sellers photo showed! Also, don't buy Shills, there's someone selling it super cheap and it is a gross pink lotion texture that doesn't even feel like a bb or blend in! It's crazy! It's really bumming me out :(

Oh no, I got the hot pink skin79 from amazon and now I did the test by looking at the bottle compared to your pictures and I'm confused cuz my bottle doesn't have the website but my box has an expiration and english instructions

hi thanks for this article, from reading it I think my bb creamI have been using for months has been fake :( I just bought a skinfood bb cream in store and as you say, my possibly fake bb cream texture is thicker, and the oil separates, whereas my store one is really like a liquid foundation texture. I bought mine from a seller on ebay with 30000+ feedback so I was not suspicious, her username is rubyruby76, anyone else bought from her?

Oh dear!! I never knew you could get fake BB cream!! All the labels look exactly the same :S Geez... I bought mine from the SkinFood store so it's definitely real, and SURELY won't buy any other BBcream online!
whoa there are fake bb creams? scary >< I bought mine from an online seller and it was really cheap compared to market price. but the one i bought dried up my pimples and really is wonderful on my skin so it's probably real..
